Our advisory work frames the decision: the business problem, options, assumptions and priorities. Engineering carries that decision into the design of applications, data flows, integrations and operational controls. The engagement should agree how those responsibilities meet before delivery starts.
- Decision ownership: agree the sponsor, process owner and evidence for selecting an option.
- Delivery ownership: define what Bridges will design or implement, which systems are in scope and how acceptance will be demonstrated.
