Our contact form asks for your name, work email and message, with optional phone, company, sector and service information. Newsletter signup asks for your email address. We use these details to respond, route enquiries and manage requested updates. Please do not submit sensitive records through these forms.
Website operation and measurement
The site processes request information needed to deliver pages, protect forms from abuse and diagnose errors. Production analytics and performance monitoring use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Events measure actions such as successful enquiries and newsletter requests; enquiry text and contact details are not included in those events.
Service providers
EmailJS delivers contact and newsletter requests to the configured Bridges email workflow. The website uses hosting and content services; Sanity manages editorial content when connected. Providers process information according to their service arrangements. Their processing locations may differ from your location.
Cookies and local preferences
The motion preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember your choice. Authenticated editorial previews use a preview cookie; visitors do not need to sign in to read public content. The public website does not include the former live-chat widget. Third-party links have their own privacy practices.
Retention and protection
Enquiries and requested subscriptions are retained for the purpose of handling the relationship and any applicable record-keeping needs. Access should be limited to the people and providers who need it.
